So how do you join? Request a Demo!
In a Demo, a Client Experience Representative will book a meeting with you (or a Representative from your School/Cafeteria) and walk you through the MyCashlessClass platforms, its features and support available from MyCashlessClass to get your store up, running and maintained.
After the Demo, we are positive you will be excited to join the MyCashlessClass platform.
Next step will be to create your Account and Onboard your school.
For your school’s Account to be created, you will need to provide:
- School/ Business Demographic Information
- Address
- Contact Information (Phone and Email)
- School Logo and Branding Guidelines
- School Liaison(s) Information
- Name
- Contact Information (Phone and Email)
- Store Listing
- Items for sale/ publication
- Banking details
You will be provided with our Welcome Packet to get started:
- Your “School/ Business Intake Form”,
- The “MyCashlessClass Liaison Information Form”,
- A “Getting to Know Your Dashboard” Guide, and
- A Google Sheet/ Excel Sheet for you to submit you “Store Inventory Listing” to MyCashlessClass for us to set up for you.
This information will be reviewed by a MyCashlessClass Customer Experience Representative and scheduled for Onboarding Training.
During Onboarding Training, we will take the time to walk through the platform with your assigned School Liaison. Not technical wizardry experience required!

What does it cost for a school to join MyCashlessClass?
It is absolutely free for a school to join MyCashlessClass and to list the items carried or communicated by the school office to the school’s digital store.
Who will create the school’s digital store?
The MyCashlessClass Team will create your school’s digital store for you. We will need you to supply our Team with the items you would like to start off with an well will add the details and images to your online store.
Who will add additional items to the school’s digital store on an ongoing basis after the initial set-up?
That’s entirely up to you. We are happy to do all additions and removals to your school’s digital store or if you feel comfortable, you can DIY.
What items can be placed in a school’s digital store?
Anything that you need to share with parents or have parents pay for. You can put:
- permission slips for field trips,
- registration forms for extracurricular activities,
- tickets for fundraising,
- notices,
- requests for donations.

Can I only list items in the digital school store that have to be paid for?
Absolutely not, you can list any item, including those that have no cost and are either being listed for information purposes or where you need parents to acknowledge and respond by signing off.
Does MyCashlessClass charge schools for transactions?
MyCashlessClass only charges the school office when we have transfer the revenue collected in your digital account to your designated account. The charge covers the bank transfer fees and our administrative costs (referred to as “Standard Applicable Charges”).
However we frequently apply discounts to this rate for schools that are just getting started.
What are the “Standard Applicable Charges”?
The non-discounted charges are the same as if a purchase was made for that same amount. See below.

When MyCashlessClass has to transfer $500.00 from the school’s digital account to the school’s preferred bank account, the school will be charged $50.00. If $800.00 is transferred to the preferred account the school is charged $80.00.
For amounts over $800.00 the school benefits from the MyCashlessClass education discount and all transfers over $800.00 attract a rate of 5% of the amount to be transferred. Schools: Remember to be sure to ask what discounts can be applied to these standard rates.
If there is a problem or an error with set up of a product listing in the digital store, what support service is available?
The MyCashlessClass Team is very responsive.
To highlight an error you are encountering, send us an email to schoolsupport@mycashlessclass.com detailing the issue. Please provide any screenshots and a detailed walkthrough of what you were attempting to do when the error occurred so we can get to work fixing it for you.
My school has absolutely zero experience in designing digital documents, can we still use MyCashlessClass?
Absolutely!
We will help you design the documents you would like to use. Just provide us with the details via our intake form and we will do the rest!
What to do if you want to add more ask for more than one point of contact?
At MyCashlessClass we understand that the school representatives are not around every day. Having multiple points of contact and reliable contact information allows us to fulfil the promise to the parents on MyCashlessClass that we will support them with improved communication with the school.
