On MyCashlessClass.com, you can browse and transact as a Guest or you can create an account on the platform. Creating an account provides you with great benefits as:  

• You can Top-up your account and have credit on your account ready to use without needing your Debit or Credit card.  
• You can have sub-accounts for each of your children on your main parent account, even if they are in different schools! 
• Keep track of your spending. We maintain a full record of all transactions on your main and sub accounts. See what your kids are up to and keep on top of your school budget.

Creating an account is easy. No card information or bank account details are EVER  required! To start, click the “Register Now” button found on the top left of our website.

Here are some recommendations on how to complete your registration: 

• User Avatar: This is your Profile picture.  Click “Upload” to add an image of yourself for your account. 
• Username: We recommend using some variation of first and last name so we can easily identify your account. Make note of your new Username as you will need this to log in. 
  • Example:  
  • Name: John Paul 
  • Username: John_Paul2025 
• First Name: As stated on any official ID 
• Last Name: As stated on any official ID 
• Email: Please use an active, valid email address that we can contact you at or forward information on your transactions on the site.   
• Password: Minimum 8 Characters.  We recommend using Symbols and Capital letters to create a strong password Make note of your new password as you will need this to log in.  

After you register with us, you will need to verify your email address. Go to your inbox and click the activation link to verify your email address for your account.  

Once you have confirmed your email address, you will be redirected to the home page and you can log in to your account.  

You will immediately be able to make purchases from or transact with your child’s school office, school cafeteria or any other store once they are on our platform. Once your account is created you can immediately top it up with credit using your debit or credit card.
