Being a chef led to many years of travel across continents, immersing myself in cultures and cuisines. The kitchen’s creativity and precision were my forte. That my career would lead me to agriculture and sustainable food production – not part of my original plan! Covid-19 changed that, making me pivot from a traveling chef to becoming an agri-chef. My thought processes completely changed, connecting me directly with the land, the farmers, and the ingredients themselves.
